Balcony is available to the front area of the plan, which is a small area but it is quite mind catchy design. Here a special window is built to give the elegant view. The roofing tiles can be either coffee brown or steel grey to make this design to the bottom of the heart winning. The sit out is designed with GI pipes with a horizontal line to the top area. And a square design is given inside this which is also making the front view more appealing.
