The concept of the home is changing day by day, every one looking for spacious and modern homes. So we think about a 2200 square feet home in a stunning flat roof style. On this home you can include all modern amenities, because we designed every part of this home in very spaciously. Also include show walls and cladding works to bring to more attraction to the home.

This is an contemporary style flat roof model design. More cutting , projection,  and show wall is used in this design. Walls are completely designed with horizontal grooves and wall tiles. Porch is placed attached to the sit out. Horizontal and vertical pergola designs are done on the walls of porch. Extra thickness projection walls are designed near to porch, left and right sides. That wall is designed with greenish color paint with horizontal grooves design. Moving to the sit out, we get vast space open style sit out and supported with large  thick pillar. Ceramic wall tiles are pasted on pillar completely.

Windows and doors are more stylish made by wood. Different style window is used here, not used  grille model wires. Left side wall of sit out also deigned with horizontal grooves style.  This wall is extra height wall attached to the balcony. Near to this wall we can see a box style show wall  around the windows.

At the first floor, less spaces with flat roof  are used as an  balcony  and box style design with frame are done on the wall. Similar designs are also done on the  right side show wall . Double layered flat roof are used as top. Sun roofs are flat model. many cutting walls designed on the exterior of first floor. Color combination of paint also gives an outstanding view to exterior.  This 2200 square feet home designed in 7 cent land area plot. Construction cost is 31- 40 lakh.
