Total area of this modern contemporary home plan is 2787 Square Feet (259 Square Meter) (310 Square Yards). It is a spacious house design, this house have 4 bedroom with dressing area and get all other features. More cutting  and projection wall is used in this modern contemporary home plan. Different styles of flat roofs are done here.

Sit out has simple and elegant  with pergola design and show walls , little spaces are available here. A horizontal railing pipe works are done on the side wall. Porch is placed left of sit out supported with two thick pillars. Pillars fourth portion covered with cladding wall tiles.

Galvanized pipe works are done here. More stylish roof are the attraction of this designs.  slope arc shape roof are designed on the sit out and porch. This arc shaped roof totally varies this duplex home from other home design.

All sun roofs like flat with pergola style designs done . Two set horizontal railing pipe work done here for getting more ventilation inside the home. And a simple box style projection well painted with grey color  wall is designed around the window . And also pergola designs done on above that wall and also sun roof of that wall.

A show wall decorated with horizontal grooves caddies is designed at the right corner. And top roof of that wall is mixture of curved slope arc combination differ from the other designs. At the first floor more show and  cutting for ventilation  works are done . Top roofs are designed in three steps one is arc shape , one is flat and other one is flat with slope.

Simple railing pipe work are done on the top of the roof. There has no balcony. Show wall is designed above the left corner side.
