Single storey home designs are always trendy and searched by most people. So why don’t we discuss about a variety single floor house today. This one can be categorized in modern contemporary flat roof design.

This home has all amenities with modern facilities. 3 bedroom with attached bathrooms and other common facilities like sit out with open area, living, dining, kitchen, work area and garage.

Sit out is open  and small space are available here. Roof of the sit out is flat and a simple thick pillar is placed corner of the sit out. Windows and doors are simple to awesome design. Left side wall is designed very well some light color tiles are paved on it.

This wall look like a box. And roof of this wall is also flat and a simple  GI railing pipe work are done here, to get more ventilation.

And the right side wall is designed elegantly. This look like big box style projection wall some variety style caddies,  feel like nature are paved on this wall completely. Small projection wall are designed near to windows. 

All roofs are flat style. And stair room is designed very well. Cutting flat roof are designed here, out side wall of the stair room is decorated with tiles similar to right side wall.

And 4 pergola work are done on this wall.  a simple show wall is placed near to the door of stair room.

We get open terrace at the right side and GI pipe work are done as the barricade. The color combination of paint and the tiles works are given a unique view to this design.

Total land area to built this design is 4 cent and square feet is 850. estimated construction cost is 10 – 20 lakh.
