Today we come up with a beautiful small budget house built for 17 lakh. This home is situated near Tirur at Kerala. Exterior look of the home is made elegant with traditional works.

It is a box style flat roof home design. Simply attractive exterior works are done here. Let us check the exterior look. First on the front area we see a open sit out with enough spacing. Supported with a thick pillars, more seating places are arrange here. And the right side of sit out wall we can see a window style pergola designs.
