Today we have come up with a best single family home with amazing interior. This is a modern house with combination of color and shapes that makes it more attractive. This has built up area of 2800 square feet with 4 bedroom. This is located in Thrissur at Kerala. Designer has taken every effort to make the exterior a fabulous one. The main material of this house is flooring in marble, walls in laterite stone, roofing in concrete.

The sit out leads to living area. Simple fall ceiling works is given here. Now we can check the living area where a cushion sofa with coffee table is available. A TV unit is placed just opposite of the sofa set. TV unit is placed in a wall opposite to sofa, so that viewing favorites shows is made simple. The curtain used is simple and elegant.

Utility area and patio

Living area leads to a utility area where another sofa set are available. From the utility area let us see a entrance to the patio.

Dining hall

Utility area leads to dining area where a table with 8 seating capacity is available. Here too a show case in wooden area is given. Simple and cute lighting are used above dining table. Also a washing area with storage.

2 bedroom in ground floor

Moving to the bedrooms, Here we see a double cot with simple design. Here some show works are designed to make the room better. Wardrobe is available here in wooden frame. Second bedroom is similar to previous. A double cot and wardrobe is available.

Moving to kitchen side, we see a modular kitchen with rack storage and gas top burner. The kitchen extended to the work area.
