Today we come up with a brand new fabulous double storey house with eye catching interior and exterior. This home is situated near Edappal at Kerala. The planning of this home is really grateful and spacious. This is a 4 BHK double storey home on flat roof and box style.
Total built up area is 2500 square feet. And required land area is 10 cent plot. Estimated construction cost is 60 lakh. Open style vast spaced sit out is designed with flat roof and also supported with two extra thick pillars. pillars are completely pasted with dark color wall tiles. Wall of the sit out is decorated with wooden style ceramic wall tiles.

Look at the right side we can see some pergolas on roof edge with glass sunroof. And at the left side we can see some Gi pipe designs , on the wall of sit out. Windows and doors are awesome made by wood. At the front area we get more planting places. Totally we get an eye catching exterior view to this Brand new fabulous double storey house. Now we moving to the living area, beautiful sofa set and a tea table is arranged here. And also a TV unit is designed also. Next we entering to the dining area.
