Brand new low cost double storey home
Today we have come up with a Brand new low cost double storey home . This is a 4 bhk home in 1700 square feet. This home is located at Tirur , Kerala. Total land area for this brand new low cost double storey home is 10 cent plot. Estimated construction cost is 30 lakh.
This is a box style flat roof home design. The main material of this house is flooring in marble, walls in laterite stone, roofing in concrete. Now let’s enter into this beautiful home. Be checking with the sit out, it is a open style with spacious one . wooden chairs and more seating places are arranged here. Sit out also supported with two thick pillars , third portion of pillars are covered with elegant brown color ceramic wall tiles.
Windows and doors are superb, two set of single panel windows and double panel doors are arranged on sit out. Totally the entering area is designed very awesome. At the left side we can see a large sized wall like a show wall. Horizontal grooves line designs are done on this wall. White and dark grey color combination of paint gives more attraction.

The sit out leads to the living area. The living area is provided just right side of foyer, where a cushion sofa with coffee table is available. The zebra blind curtain used is simple and elegant. Different pattern of paint are given on the walls. The living leads to dining area, Wooden table with chairs and small wash basin area is arranged here. A small storage spaces is available under the wash basin. Near to this we get an common toile.
Moving to the bedrooms, This is the first bedroom .Here we see a double cot and wardrobe with awesome design. next we entered the second bed room, It is an attached bedroom with wardrobes. Moving to kitchen side, we see a modular kitchen with rack storage. The kitchen extended top the work area. Fire place , racks and storage cupboards are arranged here also.
Moving to first floor, we see a steel handrail stair case. Let us see a spacious hall. Now checking the third room, this one is a good bedroom with enough space. Here attached bath, wardrobe and double cote are available. Moving to the fourth bedrooms, we see room similar to all we checked previously.
