Small and low budget single storey home built for 20 lakh
Today we have come up with a Small and low budget single storey home. The main material of this house is flooring in marble, walls in laterite stone, roofing in concrete. This is a 3 BHK home design, Built in area is 1200 square feet. Required land area is 7 cent plot. And estimated construction cost is 20 lakh.
It is a box style flat roof home design. Open style vast space sit out is arranged here. More seating places are also available here. Sit out is supported with 2 thick pillars, Third portion of these pillars are covered with wooden materials. And also sit out wall is completely covered with these type wooden materials. Totally the windows , doors and the interior designs also done awesome look to sit out.
3 BHK single storey home
At the left side we can see a box style projected cutting wall along with GI railing pipe at the roof edges. The sit out leads to the hall. The dining area is provided just left side of foyer, where a dining table with 8 seating capacity is available. We can see a wash basin area at the right side near the stair. Small storage area is provided under the wash basin. The zebra blind curtain used is simple and elegant. And TV units are designed in dining area .
Moving to the bedrooms, the first bedroom is designed with attached bath, double cot bed, Zebra line curtain gives elegant look to bedroom. And also other interiors are done very well. The second bedroom is designed very beautifully with attached bath. Next we check the third bedroom, similar to previous one.
