Here we introduced  2505  Square Foot Modern double floor design   (232 Square Meter) (278 Square Yards) . Design provided by Proshade Creative Hub Kerala. This is contemporary style mixed roof design. Three style roofs are designed here. Flat, Gable, flat with slope roof designs are used here.

Front area designed with more pillars. Sit out has vast space and open style supported with pillars and also an open style porch are designed at the left side of sit out. So we can see more open spaces here.  fourth portion of all pillars decorated with cladding tiles. Windows and doors are  awesome design made by wood.  Sit out roof has gable type  and  roof tiles are paved on it.  A small type gable window placed on the wall.

Modern double floor design with contemporary style

porch roof like a slope and a dormer with dormer window  is placed on it. Projection cutting walls are placed around the window, that is painted very well for getting attraction from any where.  Galvanized railing  pipes are used between the parapets.

And projection style show wall also designed at the left side. Pergola design are done  on the wall.  We get open terrace at the front area instead of balcony. The first floor roof is designed with flat and slope style. And also a box style slope roof structure is done on the top. This structure helps to given more height to this design .

courtyard is designed very elegantly. This design given more beautiful view to this design. The color combination of paint also well. Total land area provided for built this 2505 square foot modern double floor design is 8 cent plot. And the estimated construction cost is 41 – 50 lakh.
