Very attractive modern contemporary home design in a area of 2151 sq ft (213 yards) , this home’s roof designed in variety model. This design provided by Sakariya Ahammad Build Arc Valanchery. This is a unique style home design. Designers take more efforts to built this beautiful  home.

Different styles of flats roofs are used here. So we get a variety feel to this design. Sit out has open vast spaces are available here for seating. And also supported with a thick pillars. We get a box structure feel to sit out. Some railing pipe works are done on the roof edge of sit out. And painted with beautifully. Two set of double panel door are designed here, one leads to living and other to dining.

Windows and doors are simple to elegant made by wood and painted with white color. Box style projection wall used around the windows of both sides. All sun roofs like flat model. And the left side wall is designed very well.A show wall is designed  here and a small size windows are arranged here. Beautiful color pattern cladding tiles gives more stunning look to this wall. A slope roof is designed on that wall. Roof tiles are pasted on it.

Moving to the first floor, the exterior design of first floor is superb. Balcony also look like a box and some L shaped pergola design are done on the front of balcony. And galvanized railing pipe work are done on the boundaries. Projection walls are designed around the windows and left side they designed also a small size show wall similar to the ground floor show wall.

single square and rectangle shape designs are done on the walls .  It helps to entering more light inside to home. At the night time we get a awesome view to out side, because we can see the electricity lights from the outside. Roofs are arranged in two styles. Flat slope roofs are used here, one is slopped to right side and other is left side. And also railing pipe works are done in between the two roofs.

The color combination of this design is awesome. Black and white color also gives more stunning look to this design. Provided land area for constructing this built is 7 cent. And the total construction cost is 31 – 40 lakh.
