Today we come up with a one floor house plan. It is a eye catching small house with 2 bedrooms. The decoration work on exterior is attractive, number of cutting work and show walls are used.

For the construction of this ravishing home design complete budget is 24 lakhs for the exterior. The total land area required for the construction of this home is  6 cent plot and total built up area is 1340 square feet.

This design is contemporary  style design, flat roof and gable roof are used here. Sit out has open and designed with pergola . Right side of sit out we get a porch, it designed very well.

A thick projection wall is designed in front of porch. So it feel like  a box. Porch roof is gable style. color pattern slates are paved on it. And some cutting works are done here. So the porch is very attractive from the outside view. 

Windows and doors are simple to elegant made by wood. Left side front wall is designed very well ,it look like a box style and flat roof are used here. Elegant black color caddies are completely paved on it. And also some cutting and projection wall is designed here.

And also a box style projection wall is designed around the window.  And some place are getting here for planting. So we get a attractive look from the out side view. Galvanized pipe work are done on the roof .

Stair room designed with painting work also roof are flat and a projection wall designed on it.  Some hole style designs are done on the right side wall of stair room. It helps to getting more ventilation to inside the room.

The black and white  color combination of paint also gives the elegant look to this design .courtyard is designed very well. So totally we get a elegant outdoor view to this design.
