Today we come up with a charming single storey home with beautiful exterior within low budget. The total area of this home is 1500 square feet. This home is situated near Tirur at Kerala. It is a contemporary style home design.

First on the front area we see a open sit out with enough spacing. At the left side of the sit out a porch is provided, which is designed with three pillars. Box style projection wall are design at the right side. Windows and double panel door are made by wood, and an elegant pergola design are done on the sit out wall.

slope style flat roof designs are used to this home. Some cuttings and projections walls are done here. And also horizontal line GI pipe works are done on the walls of slope roofs .This design also done on the stair room wall , it helps to entering more light and getting good ventilation to inside the home.
