Today we come up with  a Double storey home with alluring exterior. It is duplex home design with in 1500 sq ft area. Required land area for this Double storey home with alluring exterior is 7 cent plot. Estimated construction cost is 27 lakh.

It is a contemporary style 3 bhk double storey home design. Flat and slope roofing are used here. Main roofs are completely done in slope style and sunroofs are done in flat style. Traditional style roofing bronze are completely pasted on the slope roofing.
