This home constructed area is 1750 sq ft. Required land area built for this home is 6 cent land plot. Estimated construction cost is 32 lakh. This is a contemporary style 3BHK home design, gable, flat, arc roofings are used here.

Open style normal sized sit out along with gable roof is designed here. Sit out look like a box style supported with two thick pillars. Horizontal line designed works are done at the rea of gable vent. Porch is designed at the left corner side. And also supported with a pillar along with arc roof.

Look at the right side we can see more very attractive show walls. Simple and modern style windows and doors are used in this design. Beside the sit out we can see a horizontal line cutting wall, in between the two set of windows. Near to this wall we get an box style cutting wall around the window. Elegant maroon color pattern wall tiles are pasted in it.

At top of this we can see same style show wall along with flat roof. All sunroofs are flat style. At the first floor we get a small sized balcony along with flat roof. It look like box style with glass boundaries. Grey color beautiful wall tiles are pasted at the front area of the wall. At the top most roofings are gable style, bronze tiles are completely pasted on it. A modern style window is done here, it helps to entering more lights inside the home and also give more stylish look. We get open terrace at the right and back side.

Color combination of paint also good.
