Today we have got a new home elevation with a bewitching double floor and  flat roof layout. Here designer has taken a unique design of box model allover. The color combination is also made awesome.

This plan designed with 4 bedrooms . Ground floor consists of 2 bedrooms with attached bathroom. Sit out, living, dining, kitchen and work area are the other features available in ground floor. First floor contains two bedroom with attached bathroom and hall.

Open style small sit out is designed here.  Projection style box type wall are designed in front of sit out.  slope style are used here and color pattern slates are paved on it. Right side of sit out porch is designed. A thick pillar is placed corner of the porch and  galvanized railing pipe works are done here. Flat roof are used on the car porch.

Windows and doors are simple to awesome made by wood.  Modern decoration works are done on the wall. A large show wall is designed near to sit out. Color pattern ceramic tiles are pasted on it. And also some portions of wall in different sides are decorated like this . So we get more stylish look to the walls.

Sunroofs are flat, and L shaped cuttings, projection walls are designed around the all windows . Balcony is similar to sit out , little spaces are getting here. Its look like sit out, windows and doors are similar to sit out. All roofs flat style, cutting and double layered flat roofs are also used here.

Horizontal grooves design are done on the top wall .The color combination of  white and dark  paint and elegant light black color ceramic tiles  also made awesome  look to this design.

The total construction land for provide to this design is 7 cent and total built up area is 2200 sq ft. The total estimate cost of this modern double storey home design is 41 – 50 lakh.
