Today we have got a new home elevation with a Pretty double storey home with minimal exterior design. Here designer has taken a unique design of box model allover. The color combination is also made awesome.

It is a double storey home design with contemporary style. Slope and flat roofing is used here, and it is a 3 bhk home design in an 1800 square feet area. The total built up land area is 8 cent land plot. estimated construction cost is 33 lakh.

Open style normal sized sit out is supported with a pillar, fourth area of pillar is decorated with ceramic wall tiles. Window  and doors are designed very beautifully made by wood. Roofing of the sit out and sun roofs in ground floor is flat style.

Awesome modern home design 

This home included all modern features with spacious. It included sit out, living, dining, 2 bed with attached bath, kitchen, work area in ground floor and 1 bed with attached bath, living , balcony in first floor.

In this Pretty double storey home design we can see show walls at first and ground floor, which are decorated with the same pattern beautiful wall tiles. At the right side we can see box style projected wall besides the window , window look like embedded in it. and also this are is decorated with wall tiles, and near this wall we can see another wall decorated with  horizontal grooves line wall.

Balcony is supported with a pillar and GI railing pipe is used as an barricade here. We get some open terrace at the back side. Pergola design done on the wall of the upper living area. It  helps to entering more lights inside the home. At  the right side a sunroof is done in slope style and traditional style roofing bronze is pasted on it.

At the top designers used the combination of slope and flat roofing, a small wall decoration work is done at the slope roofing vent area. Color combination of paint also good, it bring the cool and calm look to this design. Beautiful court yard also set in front of the home..
