There is no compromise in the style of design , this design provided by Akbar land mark Malappuram. It is an contemporary style 5 bedroom modern home   design. All feature are included in this design like sit out, living, kitchen, work area balcony, porch etc..

Porch is designed front area of the sit out. Supported with 4 thick pillars and also pergola design done on the roof edges. Flat style roof design are used here. Sit out has open and vast  spaces available. Large spaces are available here that is the main attraction of this design from others. Four thick pillars are designed on the front area of this design. Horizontal grooves designs are done on it. Pergola design is done on the sun roof of front area.

Windows and doors are made by wood, large set of windows are designed in front area.  Balcony is open style and supported with two pillars. Wall style barricades are used here. And also we get an open terrace at left and right side of balcony. These side is wall decorated like a show wall. Some cladding tiles are paved around the windows like a box style. And both sun roofs are designed with pergola. Balcony roof is flat and top roofs are gable roof, color pattern roof tiles are pasted on it.

Third portion of sit out wall and left corner side we can see a large box style projection wall, decorated with color pattern cladding wall tiles. Same color pattern wall tiles are used on all walls. Painting color combination is awesome. White and light green color combination gives an out standing look to this 5 bed room modern home.  Total land area required  for this 5 bed room modern home design is 15 cent plot and construction cost is above  60 lakh.
